A lazy Sunday

So today was a bit of a lazy day.  I wanted some comfort food without the hassle of a lot of prep work.  What I decided to go with was some pierogies and keilbasa on a bed of baby spinach.  I'll freely admit, my presentation sucks.  But I promise I will work on that.

Begin the beguine

So I've decided to start a blog to chronicle my love of different foods.  Maybe someone will read it, maybe not.  But this is purely a place to journal my love of all things FOOD!
